Premature outcast of amniotic fluid: theory and practice

The monograph outlines the main biochemical, immunological, pathomorphological and genetic mechanisms of the pathogenesis of premature out -of -fruity and modern views on the etiology of this obstetric pathology. It is given an idea of ​​approaches to the conduct of pregnancy and childbirth complicated by premature outcome of amniotic fluid, as well as a modern innovative algorithm for conducting patients with this pathology during aquamous pregnancy using anti-Gestagenes against the background of active-expectant tactics, as well as a new approach to surrender. Modern methods of diagnosis of premature excretion of amniotic fluid, the features of uterine activity and methods of antibioticoprophylaxis in patients with this pathology are described.
