The monograph outlines the main biochemical, immunological, pathomorphological and genetic mechanisms of the pathogenesis of premature out -of -fruity and modern views on the etiology of this obstetric pathology. It is given an idea of approaches to the conduct of pregnancy and childbirth complicated by premature outcome of amniotic fluid, as well as a modern innovative algorithm for conducting patients with this pathology during aquamous pregnancy using anti-Gestagenes against the background of active-expectant tactics, as well as a new approach to surrender. Modern methods of diagnosis of premature excretion of amniotic fluid, the features of uterine activity and methods of antibioticoprophylaxis in patients with this pathology are described. A separate chapter is dedicated to the tactics of patients with premature outskirts of amniotic fluid with a premature term. Particular attention is paid to the method of predicting premature outskirts of amniotic fluid on the basis of immunohymic -chemical verification of signal molecules in buccal epithelium, as well as methods for the prevention of the studied pathology.
