Pregnancy and pharmacotherapy: The choice of drugs

The book discusses the choice of drug therapy due to the features of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in women during pregnancy. Rational approaches to the choice of antiviral drugs are presented, including for the treatment of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections, herpetic and cytomegalovirus infection, viral hepatitis, and HIV infection.
The problems of the use of drugs for the relief of bronchial sensual syndrome, the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, aspects of medication and non-drug prevention of chronic venous insufficiency are reflected. Particular attention is paid to the maintenance of pregnant women with insulin resistance and diabetes. A separate section is devoted to options for pharmacotherapy of convulsive syndrome.
