The Practical therapeutic Dentistry publication is designed for students of dental faculties of medical universities, clinical residents, practical doctors of dentists, general dentists, dental doctors and dental hygieneists.
The first volume of the training manual is devoted to a number of topical issues of practical therapeutic dentistry that were not included in previous publications. The first part discusses the organizational, legal, ergonomic and sanitary-epidemiological aspects of the provision of therapeutic dental care. Particular attention is paid to the ergonomic foundations of “four hands” with a horizontal position of the patient.
In the second part of the manual from a clinical point of view, the issues of anatomy, histology and physiology of organs and tissues of the maxillofacial region are considered. A separate chapter is devoted to the radioatomy of the dentistal system and radiological diagnosis in practical therapeutic dentistry.
The third part describes modern local anesthetics and anesthesia methods when performing dental therapeutic interventions. In detail, using modern scientific data and the latest practical developments, issues devoted to individual oral hygiene and professional brushing in adults, as well as the characteristics of oral hygiene in patients with implants, non -removable orthopedic and orthodontic constructions
