The book sets out basic information on the theory of electrocardiography necessary for the doctor to analyze the ECG. The ECG registration methods are described in various leads and modifications, the basics of practical analysis, the ecg-diagnosis of coronary heart disease, including acute myocardial infarction, rhythm disorders and heart conductivity, combined arrhythmias, changes in ECG with myocardial hypertrophy, various diseases and syndrome. A large illustrative material selected from the author’s own perennial observations is presented. Examples of analysis of complex unique electrocardiograms are given. Additions are made to the new publication regarding the differential ECG diagnostics with changes in the morphology of the ventricular complex, heart rhythm and conductivity disorders and in other conditions.
