Practical colposcopy

The book sets out the basics of colposcopy - the method of early diagnosis of precancerous conditions and cancer, as well as benign diseases of the lower genital tract. The criteria for evaluating the epithelium, modern approaches to the interpretation of colposcopic paintings, the basic classifications of the pathology of the cervix, vagina and vulva from the point of view of a colposcopist, morphologist, clinician are reflected. International terminology used in recent years (in Russian and English) is represented. The issues of standardization of approaches to diagnosis and treatment in accordance with international practice, the main methods of conducting women with various pathologies and treatment technologies are highlighted. The analysis of common errors in the management of patients was carried out. The dictionary of the main terms and the option of the protocol of colposcopic research are given.
