Clinical recommendations are intended for pathologists and doctors of other specialties, are based on the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated March 24, 2016 No. 179n “On the Rules for Pathological and anatomical Studies” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on April 14, 2016, per. No. 41799).
The recommendations are compiled on the basis of their own experience of the authors and their scientific schools, as well as generalizations of these literature and consider posthumous, and where it can actually be carried out - and intravital morphological diagnosis of diseases.
An important place is allotted for a long time that has developed for a long time to the diagnosis of infections based on comparison of clinical, laboratory and morphological data. When discussing, even HIV infection had to be limited only to the most typical options for its manifestations
