The leadership was prepared by specialists of the St. Petersburg Research Institute of Emergency Superior. I.I. Gianelidze, Military Medical Academy. CM. Kirov and North-Western State Medical University. I.I. Mechnikov on the basis of many years of experience in the examination and treatment of victims and wounded with severe combined mechanical trauma, as well as analyzing the information of modern literature on this problem. The questions of the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of severe mechanical damage to all parts of the body are highlighted.
Particular attention is paid to the use of ways to evaluate the severity of damage and injury, therapeutic forecasting, Damage Control tactics, modern high-tech medical and diagnostic radiation (MSCT, MRI, angiography, ultrasonography), radiondovascular, endoscopic, endododoorgic and minor-for-in----the-the-for-----the-the-for----man-heartedly trace inatological methods. The emphasis was placed on a purely practical aspects of solving this very complex, multifaceted and very urgent problem, the achievements of other domestic and foreign researchers are taken into account.
The publication is intended for surgeons and a wide circle of other specialists of traumatic centers and hospitals, ambulance doctors, clinical residents, as well as doctors in training in the system of continuous medical education of the Ministry of Health of Russia
