The book is a detailed guide for the diagnosis of pigmented skin formations. It contains basic data on the clinical manifestations of these benign and malignant nosologies. However, the main attention is focused on morphological diagnosis and features of differential diagnosis of age formations.
The publication contains 903 full -size micrographs of the skin biopaths. Along with illustrations, the book presents a detailed description of modern classifications and the features of morphological diagnosis of conditions. The publication included chapters dedicated to lentiginosis, skin melanocytosis, congenital and acquired nevi. A separate large chapter is dedicated to melanoma. Risk factors, histological characteristics for the formation of conclusion, classification issues and individual forms of this disease are considered.
