The publication contains modern knowledge about the classical techniques for the diagnosis of diseases of internal organs based on physical research methods. The manual presents physical methods of examination of patients: a general examination, examination of each organs, percussion, auscultation, palpation of internal organs, the rules for measuring blood pressure with possible distortions of the results due to errors made by the doctor when measuring pressure. The interpretation of the resulting results is given when applying physical research methods. The book contains original drawings and links to video materials necessary for the didactic process. It also sets out theoretical issues related to the origin of tones and noise of the heart, a traditional and modern interpretation is given with the involvement of the concept of "harp eola".
