The textbook was prepared taking into account the modern achievements of Ftyisies and complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education, approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia. It sets out the issues of early diagnosis and timely complex treatment of tuberculosis. The social significance of the fight against this dangerous disease is emphasized. The authors separately dwell on each clinical form of tuberculosis, while the clinical and radiological features of each form of tuberculosis are given. For greater clarity and better absorption of the material, radiograms, computer tomograms and photographs of macrodisales in various clinical forms of tuberculosis were used.
Much attention is paid to the present state of phthisiological science, new patterns of conservative treatment, modern methods of surgical treatment of tuberculosis are reflected. The textbook illuminates the clinic, diagnosis and treatment methods for all clinical forms of extra -item tuberculosis.
