Modern information about the etiology, pathogenesis, pathomorphology, immunology, diagnosis, including differential, treatment of respiratory tuberculosis, are presented. The clinical forms of tuberculosis of extra -item localizations, epidemiology, prevention and organization of the fight against tuberculosis are described. The infectious control measures are reflected in anti -TB institutions. Sarcoidosis of the respiratory system and the psychological characteristics of patients with tuberculosis are considered.
