The textbook represents the main provisions of the TBC as a separate medical specialty with an emphasis on a specific damage to the oral cavity, the skin of the face and bones of the facial skull, the issues related to diagnostics, clinical characteristics, treatment and prevention of tuberculosis are considered.
Information given is systematized, corresponds to the modern level of development of science and clinical practice, is based on the latest sources - foreign and domestic clinical recommendations, as well as relevant regulatory documents. In the preparation of the material, the practical and scientific experience of the faculty of the Department of Infectious Diseases with the Courses of Epidemiology and Phthisions of the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples was used.
This publication is supplemented by drawings, diagrams and tables, it presents control issues that allow to objectively determine the degree of assimilation of the stated material. The book can be used to prepare students of dental and medical faculties of medical universities, as well as an increase in the professional level of physiivars, dentists, therapists, etc
