In the monograph on the phenomenon of persistent herpes-viral infections in children, a brief historical certificate of study of human herpes viruses is presented, the general biological aspect of this problem is displayed, a general characteristic of the persons of human herpes 4-6 is given, modern data on epidemiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of herpes are given -Virus infections. The atiopathogenetic value of persistent infections in the plate-plate systems and the relationship of herpes-viruses with somatic diseases are discussed in detail. An important place in the monograph is given to the diagnostic issues and the modern principles of therapy for persistent herpes-viral infections in children and pregnant women.
