Modern information about etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases is presented. A significant part of the monograph is based on studies conducted by employees of the periodontology department of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of the NMIC “TsNIIS and CHL” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the period from 1996 to 2020.
