The leadership presents modern data in the field of diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases with dermatological manifestations in patients with childhood. Various neoplasms, including malignant ones, are characterized by great variability in children and can be both signs of independent diseases and symptoms of complex pathologies.
Differential diagnosis in children"s dermato-orecology is still difficult due to the lack of oncological alertness among doctors and low awareness of the variety of nosologies among childhood patients. This leadership presents clinical, histological, immunogymic and molecular genetic characteristics of the pigment and vascular neoplasms of the skin, lymph and myeloproliferative diseases with dermatological manifestations. Methods of conducting this complex group of patients are widely discussed, which, in addition to traditional methods - radiation therapy and surgical treatment, may include drug therapy associated with various dermatological toxicity options. Particular attention is paid to genermatosis of high oncological risk, which are characterized by a long antiagnostic stage. The book is perfectly illustrated - contains 400 unique photographs of the authors" own clinical observations.
