The textbook presents the main issues of general and private pathology, covered such concepts as etiology, pathogenesis, sanogenesis, leading clinical manifestations, outcome, principles of prevention and treatment of underlying diseases, syndromes and pathological processes.
The book was written by leading pathologists and pathophysiologists of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Ryazan, Tver), both by teachers of the Higher Medical School and scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The first volume includes material on the general pathology, set out in two sections: “General nosology” and “Typical pathological processes”.
The publication is intended for students of pharmaceutical universities and pharmaceutical faculties of medical universities. In addition, it can be used by students of therapeutic, pediatric, medical, higher nursing and dental faculties, residents and graduate students of medical universities, as well as pharmacists and doctors of various specialties
