The book discusses the reasons for the formation of pathological scars in terms of the systematicness of the scarring process. A study of the micro -cutting was studied in the edges of the operating wound, depending on the degree of tension of its edges. The coefficient of "critical ischemia" is calculated and proposed in the edges of the operating wound, when it is exceeded, it is impossible to heal by primary tension with the formation of a normotrophic scar. The effect of hyaluronic acid preparations has been studied on a reliable increase in collagen volume in the skin, which significantly affects the improvement and acceleration of healing of the operating wound. The diagnostic methods of autoimmune thyroiditis are described. It is proved that a keloid scar is one of the symptoms of autoimmune syndrome (autoimmune thyroiditis and hypothyroidism), and therefore symptomatic isolated treatment for keloids is obviously ineffective. At the same time, the normalization of endocrine and immune status in the framework of the complex treatment of patients practically excludes the formation of a relapse of a keloid scar after its removal. The indicators of the micro -cutting in the edges of the operating wound were used to optimize the surgical methodology of suturing the skin wound and choose the method of plastic closure of the wound. Positive differences in radio wave surgery were noted to improve the healing of the operating wound. Modern methods of conservative treatment of skin scars are given. The effectiveness of the use of the laser and "cold plasma" in the treatment of pathological scars is analyzed.
The publication is intended for doctors of a wide profile, surgeons of general and private practice, pediatricians, traumatologists, urologists, gynecologists, cosmetologists
