The book is devoted to the study of the perishable glands, their development, physiology, as well as the role in the regulation of the life of the human body. This is the first work in Russian endocrinology, summarizing knowledge about the near -oriented glands, their regulation and pathological conditions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of tumor lesion of the near -shaped glands, leading to the development of primary hyperparatysis.
The issues of epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are discussed in detail, and an attempt is also made to systematize its classification and idea of the clinical characteristics.
The study of this disease, the spectrum of its complications, the genetic and epigenetic links of the pathogenesis is at the very beginning of the path and is generalized in this work. The presented differential-diagnostic and tactical algorithms reflect the evidence-based concept of international and Russian clinical recommendations.
