The training manual provides information on general parasitology, separate sections are devoted to helminthology, protozoology, acarology and entomology. The morphology and biology of the pathogen, epizootology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, pathological changes, methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common parasitic diseases of gum animals are briefly described.
A textbook is intended for university students studying in the specialty of Veterinary Medicine (qualification "Veterinary doctor") and in the direction of preparation "Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise" (Bachelor and Magistral) The materials presented in the training manual will be useful for practical veterinarians, employees of veterinary laboratories, as well as for teachers of veterinary universities.
