The textbook gives information on general parasitology, separate sections are devoted to helminthology, protozoology, acarology and entomology. The morphology and biology of the pathogen, epizootology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, pathological changes, methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common parasitic diseases of animals are briefly described.
The textbook is intended for university students studying in the specialty Veterinary medicine (qualification Veterinary doctor) and in the direction of preparation Veterinary and sanitary examination (basement and master"s graduate) The materials presented in the textbook will be useful for practical veterinarians, employees of veterinary laboratories, as well as for teachers of veterinary universities.
