Article 37 of Federal Law No. 323-ФЗ "On the Basics of Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation" contains the norm on the organization and provision of medical care in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care, mandatory for the execution of all medical organizations in the Russian Federation, as well as on the basis of clinical recommendations (quality assessment criteria) and taking into account the standards of medical care.
The directory contains all the current standards and procedures for the provision of medical care to the adult population in the profile of "therapy". Standards are grouped according to the conditions for the provision of medical care, which facilitates the search for the necessary information. The publication includes excerpts from the order according to the criteria for assessing the quality of medical care and the professional standard of the therapist. At the end of the book, a brief reference book of drugs specified in the standards of medical care, and ICD-10 codes are given the corresponding section. For the convenience of searching, all medicines are distributed into groups in accordance with anatomical and therapy-chemical (ATX) classification.
The publication is intended for local practitioners, general practitioners and relaxed outpatient doctors, clinical pharmacologists, health organizers, compulsory medical insurance and insurance companies, as well as specialists responsible for quality control and safety.
