Osteopathy today is a new specialty of higher medical education, the most dynamically developing area of modern medicine, based on the principles of holism, anatomy, biomechanics and palpative skill of the doctor. This textbook is designed to study the basics of osteopathy as a synthesis of science, philosophy and art. Book 2 of the textbook is devoted to the physiological foundations of osteopathy, the section on children"s osteopathy has been expanded. A separate chapter is devoted to the basics of psychosomatics. Practical material on reflective techniques and the correction techniques of somatic dysfunctions of the brain is supplemented. The main thematic anatomical and physiological information, diagnostic and therapeutic techniques are presented.
