Since the publication of the first edition, a significant number of scientific research have been conducted and new results have been published dedicated to the clinical and organizational aspects of the development of X-rayendovascular care with cardiovascular diseases. The second edition of the monograph includes modified, generalized and systematized data of their own scientific research. In the second edition, we paid special attention to the clinical management of X-rayendovascular care for cardiovascular diseases, which includes the basis for organizing the processes of integration, accessibility, efficiency and safety. The practical experience of authors is presented to introduce the developed system of X -rayendovascular assistance at the regional level in the healthcare system of the Moscow Region and other regions.
