The authors conducted a comprehensive assessment of the system of organizing medical care for children with cancer in the Russian Federation. For the first time, information about the incidence of malignant neoplasms in the subjects and federal districts of the Russian Federation, extracted from the database of the Federal State Statistics Service, is shown and systematized. The analysis of the main statistical indicators characterizing the system of organizing medical care for children with cancer, compiled cards of incidence in the subjects and federal districts of the Russian Federation. Criteria for evaluating the diagnosis and treatment of children with cancer in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have been developed.
