From January 1, 2013, Part 1 of Article 37 of Federal Law No. 323-ФЗ “On the Basics of Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation” entered into force, ensuring the norm on the organization and provision of medical care in accordance with the procedure for the provision of medical care, mandatory for execution of The territory of the Russian Federation by all medical organizations, as well as on the basis of medical care standards approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
This directory collects all the current standards and procedures for the provision of medical care to the adult population and children with diseases of the eye, its subordinate apparatus and orbit. Particular attention is paid to the application of glaucoma standards, presbyopia, diabetic retinopathy, age -related macular degeneration, thrombosis of arteries and veins of the retina, injuries and neoplasms of the eyes, as well as in retinopathy of premature babies. Standards are grouped according to the conditions for the provision of medical care, which facilitates the search for the necessary information. The publication includes an order to assess the quality of medical care. At the end of the book, a brief directory of medicines specified in the standards is given. For the convenience of searching, all medicines are distributed into groups in accordance with anatomotherapeutic and chemical (ATX) classification.
The publication is intended for ophthalmologists, therapists, clinical pharmacologists, health organizers, compulsory and additional medical insurance workers, as well as specialists responsible for quality control and medical safety
