Odontogenic jaw cysts

The textbook meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the specialty Dentistry and the program in the discipline Dentistry, taking into account the modernization of medical education.
The material is presented according to the block-modular system, is basic and is designed to help the formation of professional knowledge, competencies, skills and practical skills in diagnostics and surgical methods of treating odontogenic jaw cysts.
The training manual reflects the principles of diagnosis and treatment of odontogenic jaw cysts. An algorithm for examining patients using modern methods of radiation diagnostics is presented. Particular attention is paid to surgical methods of treating large -sized cysts, suppurate cysts. Recommendations for the use of osteoplastic materials are given for filling in bone defects after cystectomy.
