The first edition of this leadership is addressed to all doctors to obstetrician-gynecologists participating in the medical process: from outpatients to a specialized high-tech service, including heads of medical organizations and their deputies, planning and proclaiming drugs (drugs).
XXI century - the time of demedicalization of the therapeutic process: instead of new and super -ne items in the world, there is a transition to the prescription only drugs with proven effectiveness in accordance with the principles of EBM. Clinical protocols - unique documents, compliance with which ensures the safety of both the patient and the doctor. Not only law enforcement agencies, but also the population knows modern attitudes for restrictions on the number of drugs (no more than 5 without a consultation), and in their quality - only in accordance with the State Register of Medicines (GRLS) The uniqueness of this publication in the categorical correspondence of the drug to the clinical protocol.
At the same time, PM, not involved in the protocols, but permitted GRLS, are presented for the work of medical commissions that have the right to change treatment in accordance with real circumstances (Federal Law "On the Basics of Protection of Citizens" Health in the Russian Federation" dated 11/21/2011 , No. 323-ФЗ).
Clinical protocols are updated once every three years, which will be taken into account in further publications.
