To date, the most important causes of maternal mortality are bleeding, preeclampsia, sepsis, diseases of the cardiovascular system, oncological processes. Venous thromboembolic complications, as the cause of adverse outcomes, occupy a leading position in obstetric and gynecological practice. The described clinical observations are devoted to all these types of obstetric pathology, which reflects the issues of diagnosis, tactics of conducting and preventing possible complications.
This publication is intended for clinical residents, doctors of obstetrician-gynecologists, cardiologists, hematologists. Although the issues of either semiotics or differential diagnosis of diseases are not considered in it, nevertheless, when setting specific clinical observations, they are somehow affected.
We, with proper understanding, relate to the fact that this first labor for us is in nature, perhaps not deprived of shortcomings, and express the hope that the proposed publication will not only contribute to the formation of medical thinking among students entering the path assistance to patients, but will also find a response from experienced specialists. The team of authors will be grateful for reviews and is ready for dialogue. Send comments and wishes to: dmclub@almazovcentre.ru.
