Nutritional support in oncology. Management

The frequency of nutritional failure in cancer patients reaches 40-80% Nutritional deficiency is associated with a decrease in general survival, quality of life, worsening direct and distant treatment results, tolerance of therapy. Timely diagnosis of nutritional failure and the appointment of nutritional therapy are one of the important components of accompanying therapy at all stages of antitumor treatment.
