The socio-economic and political transformations taking place in our country have put forward new requirements for the quality of nursing assistance in the medical process, focused on a professionally competent, owning practical skills and specialist skills.
The manual outlines the types of medical care in the primary health care system (PMSP), the modern provisions and principles of the nurse, a general practitioner, the directions of nursing and infectious diseases, and the active patronage of patients at home, are highlighted, the directions servicing dispensary patients, conducting preventive medical examinations, hygienic education and teaching the population to a healthy lifestyle. Particular attention in the activities of the nurse is paid to competence, the implementation of preventive, medical, diagnostic measures in the clinic and at home, dynamic monitoring of the family’s health, providing qualified nursing care, emergency care, medical and social care for chronic patients, lonely elderly.
The textbook is written in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the specialty 34.02.01 Nursing.
