The training manual briefly sets out basic information about the emergence of nursing, the stages of the formation of the profession of a dental nurse. The official, ethical-deontological and professional characteristics of the nurse of the dental institution are highlighted. The main types of dental tools, methods for its processing, layout, spending, as well as methods of processing and sanitary maintenance of the dental office are described, and sanitary, legal, reporting documentation related to work in the dental office is indicated.
The textbook is compiled in accordance with the requirements set forth in professional training programs in the legislative documents of the Ministry of Health of Russia and other acts governing additional professional education of specialists with secondary medical education, including in the provision of dental care.
