The textbook contains a theoretical and practical course on the section "nursing in surgical diseases". The educational material covers PM.02 "Participation in medical and diagnostic and rehabilitation processes", PM.01 "Conducting preventive measures" and PM.03 "Providing medical care in emergency conditions." The textbook is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the specialty 34.02.01 "Nursing". The themes include a list of basic concepts and terms, theoretical material in the form of lectures, nursing assistance in surgical pathology, algorithms of basic manipulations and control issues and tasks. The main difference from similar educational publications is that this textbook provides in -depth information on the modern tactics of nursing in the periodistly period, new approaches to the prevention of the immobilization syndrome are presented.
