The study guide for the auditorial work of students was developed on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard in the specialty of secondary vocational education 02/31/02 "Obstetrian business", 34.02.01 "nursing".
The order is determined by the training and calendar plan of theoretical classes under PM.04 "Medical assistance to a woman, a newborn, a family in a pathological course of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period" MDK.02. "Nursing care for patients with the newborn" and PM.02 MDK.02.01. "Nursing assistance to children in various diseases and conditions."
Conducting theoretical classes is provided in the form of lessons-lectures with solving problem situations and test tasks. Particular attention is paid to the modern achievements of medical science as a whole and pediatrics in particular, the use of new drugs in the treatment of newborn children, the characteristics of the prevention of diseases, the principles of treatment in outpatient conditions and in a hospital, and the organization of dispensary observation in a children"s clinic.
In the methodological recommendations, diseases of children of the newborn period are included.
The textbook is intended for the self -training of students for practical and theoretical classes on the subject, to work with lagging students or have the missiles of theoretical classes, as well as for teachers of professional secondary medical educational institutions
