The book puts forward the ideas of noogogalism, noogumanism as ideologies and platforms for their implementation in the form of a global network of partnerships of the biosphere. The image of the noocomplex as the chief actor of noospherogenesis and such a social instrument for educating a noospheric person as a resource rating was described, the potential of bioelentology as a science of the resource base of life on Earth, noomedicine as an instrument of maintaining active life and medical elementology as a promising science for the construction of a person’s future.
The book, which is a continuation of the series of "Notes of the Philosophical Doctor", provides the author’s practical proposals for the strategy and tactics of the implementation of the proposed innovations at the local and global levels using unique domestic teachings - from Russian cosmism to the doctrine of noosphere, from Russian philosophy to to Humanism I.T. Frolov and the ideas of our contemporaries. The influence of global "reformatting" is emphasized, which has grown in the last decade and accelerated by the "coronacialsis", to Russia, to the possibility of a new civilizational breakdown of Russia and the world.
The book is addressed to a wide range of readers interested in the problems of the future of our country, society and humanity, including students and teachers of humanitarian and natural scientific specialties, medical universities, medical scientists and doctors.
