The second edition of the national leadership "Neonatology" includes guiding principles for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pathological conditions of the fetus and a newborn, developed by leading domestic experts in neonatology and perinatology. Given the rapid development of modern medical technologies in this edition, more than 75% of the material was updated compared to the previous one, new sections and chapters have appeared.
Work on the publication was conducted by a large copyright team of doctors under the auspices of the Russian Society of Nepatologists and the Russian Association of Perinatal Medicine Specialists. The key role in writing chapters on modern perinatal technologies was played by employees of the National Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology named after Acad. IN AND. Kulakova. The great methodological work on the preparation of materials for the publication was carried out by professors and associate professors of specialized departments of leading medical universities in the country - the first MGMU named after THEM. The book consists of 20 sections, as fully reflecting the general and private issues of practical neonatology. All materials passed the stages of independent scientific editing and reviewing.
The management is intended for non -onatologists, pediatricians, anesthesiologists-resuscitologists, children"s surgeons, healthcare organizers, etc., as well as to students of senior medical universities, interns, residents, graduate students.
