The textbook includes sections on the issues of hygienic assessment of factors of natural and artificial human habitat - hygiene of drinking water and drinking water supply, sanitary protection of water bodies, soil hygiene, atmospheric air of settlements, residential and public buildings, and layout of populated places. Technologies for the organization of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision of communal facilities are considered.
