The book presents the main clinical aspects of multiple myeloma and other plaslet diseases. Laboratory studies, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment are described. The second edition uses the recently adopted expanded determination of the symptomatic multiple myeloma, including histological criteria and the characteristics of monoclonal protein.
