The leadership discusses the issues of clinical anatomy of the small pelvis in women. Normal anatomy and magnetic resonance anatomy of the uterus, ovaries, uterine pipes and vagina are represented. Methodological aspects of the high -floor MRI of the pelvis are presented.
The advantages of MRI are described in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the female genital organs. Magnetic resonance semiotics of tumors are described in detail. The possibilities of MRI with pelvic pain and infertility syndrome are considered. Separate chapters are devoted to MRI used to recognize anomalies in the development of the uterus and appendages, and the safety of MRI in pregnant women, as well as the use of magnetic resonance pelviometry and fetometry for diagnostic purposes.
