Prevention of accelerated aging, optimization of diagnosis and treatment of age-associated diseases is one of the urgent tasks of modern molecular medicine and gerontology. The aging of cells, organs and tissues is a complex process in which the mechanisms of neuroimmunoepocrine regulation play the most important role. This process is based on molecular cascades carried out by messengers of neuroimmunoendocrine systems - biogenic amines and peptide hormones. In lecture essays, the molecular neuroimmunoenocrine mechanisms of the development of diseases associated with age, the possibilities of their personified predictive diagnosis, treatment and prevention are examined in detail
