Trophoblastic disease is a relatively rare disease associated with anomalous development of pregnancy due to genetic disorders leading to the preventive states of trophoblast: partial or complete bubble skidding with possible carcinogenic transformation and the development of malignant tumors - invasive bubbling, choriocarcinoma and tumors of the placental site. The book presents etiology, clinical course, diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant forms of the disease. The successes of modern medicine allow the cure of patients not only with bubble skidding, but also with a malignant tumor, previously considered a deadly disease. Due to the conduct of highly effective chemotherapy in patients, reproductive function is preserved after conservative treatment.
