In monographs, based on the analysis of existing problems of management of medical institutions and the experience of building national health systems, a promising system for managing medical services of clinics and hospitals was proposed, which is the economic and mathematical model of management of the financial result from the provision of medical services and their funds paid for their funds. Compulsory medical insurance fund, economic and mathematical model of profit management from the provision of paid medical services and a comprehensive system for managing the financial result of a medical institution. Modeling was carried out showing the feasibility and validity of the introduction of medical organizations developed in the daily practice of breakthrough technologies for managing the activities of departments and the medical institution as a whole. For each model, they are described in detail and illustrated by calculations and examples
