The purpose of this book is to introduce the reader to the concept of awareness in psychotherapy. Awareness is an inseparable part of the treatment and responsibility (ACT), the direction of cognitive-behavioral therapy, uniting consciousness and accepting with targeted actions based on the values of the client to increase his psychological flexibility.
