This brief leadership is devoted to migraines - one of the most common and maladaptive forms of primary cephalgia. Along with the classification and the principles of diagnosis, it reflects the diagnostic criteria of various migraine subtypes, information about comorbid disorders and differential diagnostics with other cephalgies. The clinical interview of the patient developed by the author is presented. Special attention is paid to chronic migraines and factors leading to its chronic: stress, depression and drug Abuzus. The approaches to the effective management of patients (behavioral therapy, stopping attacks and preventive treatment) are discussed. A special emphasis is on the advantages of targeted therapy of anti-CGRP monoclonal antibodies. The book contains clinical examples and useful practical information based on the 30-year experience of the author in the field of diagnosis and treatment of headaches.
