The book is a collection of brief abstracts on topics that a patronage doctor must have at hand when working with a microscope (or before preparing for a certification exam) The main information is presented in tables and schemes that are accompanied by a minimum explanatory text. The task is to state the main information and key points with a sufficient amount of comments so that the beginner specialist can understand the material. The authors managed to bring together a summary material on various topics, which experts are usually forced to look for in various sources.
The first edition of the book, published in 2011, was a table book for many doctors. The new edition includes many new markers, which have entered practice over the past few years, added nosological units that have not been described earlier. This book almost exclusively contains information on the pathomorphology of tumors. Its uniqueness is also that in addition to pathological anatomy, a brief clinical information is given that will help to diagnose (for example, serological tumor markers, metastasis paths, syndromes)
