The second edition of the leadership was processed and supplemented by heads on the most pressing issues of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductology, perinatology and reproductive health, reflecting the latest evidence-based medicine, information about the new coronavirus infection Covid-19. The versatile roles of micronutrients in the reproductive and somatic health of men and women are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the issues of obstacle training, micronutrient support for pregnancy and breastfeeding, normalizing the menstrual cycle, and improving the quality of gametocytes. The participation of micronutrients in the regulation of antiviral immunity, a response to vaccination against SARS-COV-2 viruses, flu, hepatitis and other infections are analyzed in detail. The book is distinguished by a modern post-begy approach to the consideration of molecular-physiological roles of micronutrients. The presented results of original clinical studies were obtained using modern methods of intellectual analysis of data - theories of metric analysis and classification of features. The results of evidence and the use of vitamin-mineral complexes are presented, showing that the micronutricular balance in the literal sense of the word “programs” the state of health and parents and the unborn child.
