In a monograph on the results of long -term studies of authors in the field of dentistry and comorbid pathology, from the standpoint of clinical microbiology and immunology, the issues of etiology and pathogenesis of oral diseases associated with the formation and functioning of the microbioma of the mucous membrane, teeth and periodontal diseases are highlighted. The set of data research is carried out as part of the state tasks of the scientific and research institute (SMISI) and specialized departments of the Moscow State Medical and Dental University named after A.I. Evdokimova of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation - microbiology, virology, immunology, periodontology, propaedeutics of dental diseases, internal diseases and gastroenterology, endocrinology and diabetology. In work from the modern positions of studying microbial biofilles (microfluids, metagenomic analysis, sequencing of DNA, PCR, etc), metallic and immunological effects of the microbiocenosis of the oral cavity revealed the features of the diseases of the oral cavity and their relationship with a comorbid pathology - diabetes mellitus, diseases of the joints, and gastric and gastrointestinal intestinal tract, nervous system. Particular attention is paid to the significance of the effect of periodontal -pushenic microbiota on the body, its systemic effects, as well as innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
