The book provides information about the microbiote of the reproductive tract of women in normal and with gestation, taking into account the influence of normal intestinal microflora on it. For the first time, the dynamics of settlement of the normal microflora of the body of newborns in the natural and abdominal methods of birth-solution is presented. It is shown that in the formation of the microbiota of the newborn, the dominant role is played by the mother’s microflora, while colonization is possible both in natural contact and during translocation of bacteria from various biopes of the mother into the systemic bloodstream of the fetus. Materials on the microbial landscape of the vaginal biotope women and the clinic-co-laboratory characteristic of bacterial vaginosis in the book, as well as the assessment of the microbial landscape of newborns, are important for predicting the bacterial infectious process.
