Methodological recommendations for comparing the final clinical and pathologist/forensic diagnoses have been developed by the joint working group of the Russian Society of Pathologists and the Association of Forensic Medical Experts, posted in the information system of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation “Electronic Clinical Recommendations” in the section “Methodological recommendations” under unique identification number MR109.
compiled in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts and contain structured information based on scientific evidence on the comparison of the final clinical and pathologist /forensic diagnoses: the terms and definitions are described, the rules for comparing diagnoses and recommendations on determining the causes and category of discrepancy are described Diagnoses, recommendations are given on the design of the results of comparing diagnoses for subsequent clinical and expert work.
The goal of methodological recommendations is to form uniform requirements for the rules for comparing the final clinical and pathological /forensic diagnoses.
The publication is intended for patronage and forensic experts, and can also be used by teachers and students of the departments of pathological anatomy and forensic medicine in the system of continuous professional education in the development of advanced training and professional retraining, professional educational programs for the training of higher qualifications in residency in specialties: 08/31/07 “Pathological Anatomy”, 08/31/10 “Forensic Medical Expertise”
