The relevance of the textbook is due to what happened in 2020-2021. changes in the legislation in the field of healthcare, including the consequences of the "regulatory guillotine", which led to the change of most previously existing by -laws.
The main goal of the textbook is to form a holistic understanding of the legal components of the practical activities of a medical worker and a medical organization. The publication on the principle of simple to complex is considered:
- legal issues of the organization and licensing of medical activities,
- legal aspects of the circulation of medical devices and medicines, including narcotic and psychotropic,
- traditional issues of the legal status of a patient, doctor and medical organization,
- the procedure for the implementation of various types of control (supervision) in the field of healthcare, including prosecutorial supervision,
- various types of legal liability.
The basic principle of the textbook is to state only what is necessarily executed, its content is based on regulatory acts, taking into account their interpretation by the constitutional and supreme courts of the Russian Federation, as well as on official clarifications of the federal authorities.
The team of authors is represented by specialists in the field of state control (supervision), as well as public health and healthcare organization.
The textbook is intended for students of medical universities and faculties, students of the magistracy in the field of training 04/32/01 "Public Health", and students of postgraduate education in the specialty 14.02.03 "Public Health and Health , and can also be useful to students of law faculties , interested in law in the field of healthcare
