This leadership was developed on the basis of an analysis of domestic and international clinical experience in medical rehabilitation of patients who have undergone infectious diseases.
The classification of infectious diseases is given, typical clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, basic principles and treatment regimen with evidence levels are described. The features of conducting different groups of patients are highlighted, algorithms for drug treatment of individual nosological forms are given.
The fixed assets of medical rehabilitation (physiotherapy exercises, physical factors, nutrition, psychocorrection, various types of massage) and an algorithm for prescribing at the stages of rehabilitation treatment are presented. Indications and contraindications to their application are determined.
A separate chapter is devoted to the coronavirus infection Covid-19, the clinical picture, methods of diagnosis, treatment tactics and rehabilitation are described.
